• Assisting with the design and implementation of the Compliance testing and assurance program, including the risk-based compliance assessment, control testing, and assurance plan;

• Completing assurance reviews and testing activities across different business areas at Finci;

• Contributing to Compliance processes by identifying opportunities for improved adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards;

• Continuously seek out opportunities to streamline and standardize processes and enhance operational controls and efficiencies;

• Support to Compliance and Legal teams in the day-to-day operations and adhoc tasks;

• Supporting the business where necessary regarding the launch of products to ensure regulatory requirements are met, as appropriate.
