Finci is a fintech company developing modern payment and financial solutions for businesses. We operate across international banking and payment infrastructure and are looking for an experienced Senior Payment Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day processing and control of payments, bank account management, reconciliations and payment-related issues. You will work closely with Compliance, AML and Customer Support teams and play an important role in keeping our payment operations accurate, efficient and reliable.

We are looking for someone who can work independently, take ownership of their responsibilities and confidently handle both routine operations and more complex payment-related situations.

• Process and oversee SWIFT, client and internal payments

• Manage bank accounts, balances and daily liquidity

• Monitor payment flows and make sure transactions are processed accurately and on time

• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies

• Prepare regular operational and financial reports

• Handle payment-related fees, invoices and settlements

• Investigate and resolve incoming and outgoing payment issues

•  Take ownership of payment requests and follow them through to completion

• Work closely with AML/Compliance and Customer Support teams on payment-related matters

• Identify operational issues and help find practical solutions

• Support the development, improvement and standardisation of payment processes
