About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Support Specialist to join our team, specializing in monitoring and handling suspicious transaction requests. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and security of our financial services, ensuring the safety of customer transactions.

About You

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;

Proven experience in fraud detection, risk management, or a similar role in the financial services industry;

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities;

Proficient in fraud analysis tools and software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and update Card Risk Monitoring Rules to identify and prevent fraudulent activities.
  • Investigate and analyze cases of unauthorized withdrawals and suspected fraudulent activities against customers.
  • Manage and resolve disputes and complaints related to transactions.
  • Review, analyze, and make decisions on suspicious fraudulent transactions. Investigate and take action against potentially fraudulent users.
  • Conduct fraud analysis and produce comprehensive fraud analysis reports.
  • Develop and implement new anti-fraud rules and enhance fraud monitoring reporting systems.
  • Identify, investigate, and research potential fraud cases, ensuring full transparency and control of card transaction processing.
  • Drive improvements in the operation of the steering unit to increase efficiency and reduce risks.
  • Develop accurate management information for all card-related processes.
  • Initiate process improvements based on assessments of fraud systems and processes.
  • Prepare detailed reports on card transactions.
  • Collaborate with various departments in implementing risk mitigation measures.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities and participate in projects/assignments within the scope of competence as needed.
